  1. Urgent problems of optics and laser physics, including physical processes in gases and condensed media induced by radiation, nonlinear phenomena due to interaction of radiation with structured materials, new spectral ranges and regimes of radiation generation.

  2. Fundamentals of laser and optical technologies, including processing and modification of materials, informatics, formation of micro- and nanostructures, diagnostics, and precision measurements.

  3. Architecture, system solutions, mathematical models, software packages and algorithms for information and computational systems for detection, analysis, and display of information and systems for control of complex dynamic processes.
